Position Details

- Work Shift: Days
What Your Day Looks Like: Your assignments each day will allow you to experience various surrounding communities as you travel to our facilities located in Stockton El Dorado Springs Ash Grove Buffalo and Bolivar. You will exercise a number of skills including:assigning care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience. The LPN is responsible for safe medication administration conducting resident assessments monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administering treatments and procedures per physician order.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse you will be:
- Developing relationships with our residents
- Facilitatingresident admissions and discharges
- Assisting in the development of the residents Plan of Care
Qualifications:
Experience: Patient Care
Skills: Multitasking attention to detail organizational skills
Licensure/Certification: LPN certification
Physical Requirements: The ability to stand for long periods of time and to thrive in a fast paced environment
