$30.00$35.40/hour based on experience

Weekdays

• 2nd Shift: $2.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: $5.00/hour

Weekends

• 1st Shift: $2.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $3.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: $6.50/hour

As an LPN you will:

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with CCNH policies standards of practice and state and federal regulations
• Assess plan implement and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Supervise and support LNAs and LMNAs on your assigned unit
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while promoting dignity and quality of life

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current New Hampshire Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Compassionate dependable and committed to providing exceptional resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
