Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies standards of care and state and federal regulations.

Care Coordination: Assess plan implement and monitor resident care plans collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.

Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.
