Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care and support during assigned evening shifts
Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
Assist with documentation care coordination and daily resident needs
Follow infection control patient safety and facility care procedures
Requirements
Active LPN license required
Travel LPN or long-term care experience preferred
Must be available for evening shift coverage from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
State/federal issued ID and facility photo badge required at all times
COVID vaccination proof or documented religious/medical exemption required
