Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Part-Time (2-3 days per week)

A growing medical spa in Houston TX is seeking an experienced Licensed Aestheticianto join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics skincare and helping clients look and feel their best.

This role is ideal for an aesthetic professional who is confident performing advanced skincare and laser treatments developing customized treatment plans and delivering an exceptional five-star client experience.

As a Licensed Aesthetician you will provide clinical aesthetic and cosmetic laser services while working closely with the medical director and other providers to create safe effective and personalized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about skincare comfortable with energy-based devices and committed to building lasting relationships with clients.

• Perform advanced aesthetic and skincare treatments including:
  • HydraFacial
  • Chemical peels
  • Microneedling
  • IPL treatments
  • Laser hair removal
  • Laser skin resurfacing
• Conduct client consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare treatment options aftercare and recommended products
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with the medical director and other providers on comprehensive treatment plans
• Follow all safety standards and applicable Texas cosmetic laser regulations
• Maintain a clean organized and professional treatment environment
• Participate in social media ongoing training team meetings and practice events

• Active Texas Aesthetician License
• 12 years of experience performing aesthetic treatments in a medical spa dermatology plastic surgery or similar clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of skincare skin conditions aesthetic treatments and device safety
• Experience with multiple laser or energy-based platforms such as laser hair removal IPL or non-ablative skin resurfacing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional personable and patient-focused approach
• Comfortable with treatment planning retail recommendations and sales
• Ability to build strong long-term relationships with clients
• Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation

Additional training may be provided for the right candidate.

• $20$30 per hour depending on experience
