Paid Training Warm Leads Full-Time Onsite in Tampa

Elite Insurance Partners is hiring motivated competitive and coachable licensed insurance professionals to join our Life Insurance Sales team in Tampa Florida.

To qualify for this position candidates must currently hold either an active Florida 2-15 license OR both an active Florida 2-14 and 2-40 license.

Previous insurance sales experience is not required. We welcome newly licensed professionals as well as experienced agents who are ready to grow within a structured performance-driven sales environment.

This is a full-time phone-based insurance sales position. You will speak with individuals who have already expressed interest in learning about insurance coverage.

No cold calling. No door knocking. No purchasing your own leads. No selling to friends or family.

You will receive warm company-generated leads and follow a structured sales process designed to help you understand each clients needs explain available coverage options and guide them toward an appropriate insurance solution.

• Paid training begins at $30 per hour

• Warm in-house-generated leads provided

• Hourly base pay plus commission after training

• Monthly performance bonus opportunities

• Top-performing first-year agents may earn approximately $6000$8000 per month in total compensation

Previous insurance sales experience is not required; however an active qualifying Florida insurance license is required.

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Comfort working in a phone-based performance-driven sales environment

• Ability to complete all required sales and product training

• Ability to maintain all insurance licenses required for the position in good standing
