  • Total Compensation Package: Valued between $91000-$102000.
  • Annual Salary: $74000$82000 based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Blue Bird Day you will provide behavior therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. Youll support our clients cognitive social emotional adaptive and developmental growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and build evidence-based individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide caregiver coaching and support.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA students.
  • Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team (OT SLP PT and SW).

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license through IDFPR
  • Experience providing behavior therapy services to children with autism and/or other neurodevelopmental differences
