Luxer One is looking for a professional organized and customer-focused individual to provide package management services to luxury apartment buildings in/around the Washington DC area. Come join our growing team!
This service representative will help organize and maintain package reception rooms/locker systems at apartment complexes located in the Washington DC area. The service rep will visit properties multiple times a week and perform various duties.
- Provide in-person support to residents having package questions/issues
- Log recently-delivered packages into the propertys automated package management system
- Deliver packages to resident doors
- Organize packages within the room to make it easier for residents to find their packages
- Identify aging/stale packages and prepare them to be returned to sender
- Serve as a primary liaison between the property and the package management provider support team
- Deliver certain packages directly to residents doors
- Perform lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system
- Participate in the occasional outreach or visit to a prospective property for an audit or information drop off
This is a part-time role (20-30 hours a week). This role is also part of a new expanding service program with opportunities for growth as the program expands.
- Professional and personable. You will be working in upscale apartment buildings and will be expected to create positive friendly relationships with both property managers and residents.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
- Access to reliable transportation (e.g. a personal car or access to METRO) Ideally the candidate would live in or near the downtown Chicago area.
- Comfortable using technology (you will be using a digital package management system and iPad)
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- This role involves regular physical activity including lifting and arranging packages some of which may be bulky. Applicants should be capable of comfortably lifting packages within legal guidelines and maneuvering within package storage areas.
- At least 18 years old.

Come join our growing team! The Liaison Package Handler will help organize and maintain package reception rooms and locker systems at apartment complexes located in the Washington DC area. The service rep will visit their assigned property/properties multiple times a week and perform various duties. As a Liaison Package Handler you will help maintain package rooms and locker systems at assigned multi-family properties within the Washington DC area. The Liaison Package Handler is responsible for establishing an on-site presence and maintaining/organizing the assigned sites package room independently and efficiently using our software. What Youll Do: Build and establish an on-site presence within your assigned properties by providing in-person and email support to on-site residents who have package related questions or account inquiries. Log recently-delivered packages into the propertys package management system/software. Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit (60lbs MAX) Arrange and label packages on shelving so residents can locate them quickly and easily. Identify and address aging or stale packages through physical audits and software review to maintain system accuracy. Email Correspondence through Gmail with on-site residents property staff and your manager. Serve as a primary liaison between the property and Luxer One Support. Deliver specific packages directly to residents doors. (60lbs MAX) Perform or troubleshoot lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system hardware and software as needed. Who You Are Youre friendly professional and comfortable representing the Luxer One Liaison brand in upscale residential communities. You are comfortable building positive friendly relationships with property managers and residents alike and you take pride in delivering excellent service.
Required Education:
Requirements:At least 18 years old12 years of customer service experience in a client-facing roleReliable transportation such as a personal vehicle or access to public transit; ideally you live in or near the designated service area (Miltipas or San Jose CA) Comfortable and well adept using technology including digital package management software Google Suite Apple Hardware/ organizational and independent problemsolving abilitiesClear written and verbal communicatio
