ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Legal Intern you will work directly with IGS attorneys and paralegals on projects that support daily operations and long-term business initiatives. You will gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of a corporate legal department while contributing to meaningful work.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Conduct legal research: Perform basic legal research and analysis to support legal matters and business needs.
Draft legal documents: Assist in preparing and revising legal documents and written materials.
Maintain legal records: File organize and manage legal documentation.
Review content for accuracy: Edit documents and perform fact-checking activities.
Support daily operations: Complete administrative tasks and assist the in-house legal team with ongoing priorities.
WHAT YOU WILL GAIN

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Currently pursuing a law degree from an accredited law school preferably a 1L or 2L student
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research databases
Excellent reading writing and grammatical skills
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment

Salary Range:
$31200.00 - $62400.00*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings like commissions or bonuses are not included.
