Legal Executive Assistant

We are looking for a Legal Executive Assistant that will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance throughout all roles of the Tax and Accounting This Role You Will:Draft process and maintain documents and records digitally in a complex electronic document management systemType letters memorandums reports etc. from dictated handwritten or other sourcesOrganizes and maintains department files and records within electronic databasesAnswer telephones and direct calls to appropriate departments or personsSchedule appointments and handle necessary notifications including reserving and preparing meeting and maintain spreadsheetsCreate and process invoices and expense reportsAssist the Tax Director with tax filings and preparationsCreate Journal EntriesWhy Youll Love Working with Us: When you join the Cafaro Company you become part of the Cafaro Team and Family. Experience working with an electronic document management system a typing skillsShorthand skills are a plus3 years experience supporting transactional -house experience is a Microsoft Office Skills (Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint)Must have prior experience with redlining and of the English language correct spelling punctuation and usageAbility to compose business and legal correspondenceStrong work ethic with a high level of organization.
