Legal Case Manager (PI)

An outstanding full-time in-office position has become available for a Legal Case Manager in the beautiful Beverly Hills CA area for an individual with 2 years experience with Personal Injury (plaintiff side) cases and fluent in Spanish. Required work experience includes:

• 2 years of experience in Personal Injury Law is a MUST
• Experience assisting in pre-litigation processes including client intake case management filing various legal documents etc. is a MUST
• Experience effectively communicating and coordinating with Clients Attorneys Insurance Companies and medical professionals is a MUST
• Fluency in Spanish is a MUST
• Demonstrated experience in providing empathetic client support including providing timely updates on case progression is PREFERRED
• Experience assisting with drafting legal documents (including pleadings motions depositions discovery requests etc.) is a BIG PLUS
• Prior experience with any Case Management software is a BIG PLUS
