Legal Assistant

Hamilton Miller & Birthisel LLP is actively seeking qualified Legal Assistants to join our Litigation Defense Firm with 5 years functioning in an insurance defense capacity with specific experience in auto/trucking/transportation commercial litigation premises liability & bodily injury type matters.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must be highly organized detail-oriented a team player and a great multitasker

• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledgeable in state & federal court rules

• Prior trial experience is a plus
