Job Description:

The Department of Statistics in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Florida invites applications for a full-time (1.0 FTE) 9-month non-tenure-accruing Lecturer position beginning August 16 2027. This is a renewable academic-year appointment.

The successful candidate will primarily teach advanced undergraduate statistics courses for Statistics majors and advanced undergraduate courses for Data Science majors offered by the Department of Statistics. Experience or interest in online instruction is desirable. The department is home to thriving undergraduate programs in both Statistics and Data Science and is committed to excellence in teaching and student success.

Expected Salary:

The salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience and the compensation includes a full benefits package.
