Job Summary
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
Design user flows wireframes prototypes and visual interfaces for learning platforms.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify improvement opportunities.
Create and maintain design standards style guides and design systems.
Collaborate with instructional designers developers LMS administrators and stakeholders.
Optimize platform navigation accessibility and overall user experience.
Analyze learner feedback and engagement metrics to inform design decisions.
Support platform enhancements testing and release activities.
Ensure designs align with branding accessibility and governance standards.
User research findings and recommendations
Wireframes prototypes and visual designs
Learner journey maps and user flows
Design standards and style guides
Usability testing results
UX enhancement roadmap
UI/UX design and human-centered design principles
User research and usability testing
Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar tools
Wireframing and prototyping
Information architecture and interaction design
Accessibility standards (WCAG)
Data-driven design and analytics interpretation
Learning technologies and LMS platforms (Cornerstone preferred)
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Bachelors degree in UX Design Human-Computer Interaction Graphic Design Digital Media or a related field.
Experience designing enterprise applications learning platforms or employee experiences.
Knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning environments.
Increased learner satisfaction and engagement
