Job Summary
This is a remote position.

We are looking for experienced professionals who bring strong communication relationship-building and people-development skills to an independent remote environment within the leadership education sector.
This may suit someone with experience across learning and development training HR education leadership consulting customer-facing roles or professional services who is ready to apply their skills in a different way.
Youll work with established digital systems structured processes and professional development resources while managing your own day-to-day activity and schedule.

We are looking for someone with: Strong verbal and written communication skills A professional approachable and confident manner Experience in leadership management business development sales recruitment client engagement coaching mentoring or another people-focused field Strong relationship-building and active-listening skills Confidence speaking with prospective clients by phone or Zoom Good organisation time-management and follow-up skills The ability to work independently and remain self-motivated A willingness to learn accept guidance and follow an established process Basic confidence using online systems digital platforms and email Access to a computer reliable internet connection and phone At least 15 hours per week available to develop the opportunity Previous experience within the personal development and leadership education sector is not required as comprehensive training mentoring and established systems are provided. This opportunity is best suited to someone who is open to an independent performance-based structure rather than a traditional fixed-salary employee position.
