Position Overview

What Youll Do:

• Assist in delivering instructor-led and virtual training sessions for customers.

• Support trainers during live sessions by managing logistics answering questions and providing follow-up resources.

• Monitor learner engagement and provide feedback to improve delivery quality.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of training materials including presentations user guides videos and e-learning modules.

• Help update content to reflect product changes and customer feedback.

• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure content aligns with learning objectives and brand standards.

• Respond to customer inquiries related to training programs schedules and access.

• Gather feedback from learners and help analyze training effectiveness.

• Support onboarding and enablement programs for new customers.

• Assist in managing the Learning Management System (LMS) including course setup user enrollment and reporting.

• Help coordinate training logistics such as scheduling registration and communications.

• Maintain accurate records of training participation and completion.

• Support the creation and maintenance of training materials such as handbooks visual aids tutorials and reference guides.

• Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational needs.

What Youll Bring to Zelis:

• 2-3 years training experience desired with healthcare payments experience a plus.

• Attend company training and local meetings in field

• Exposure using AI tools with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents.

• Familiarity with eLearning tools and LMS platforms (e.g. Articulate Rise 360 Synthesia Adobe Captivate Workday) preferred.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint).

• Bachelors degree helpful.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Interest in adult learning principles and instructional design.

• Exposure to customer service or healthcare/fintech environments is a plus.

• Comfortable presenting and facilitating small group sessions.

Location and Workplace Flexibility

Zelis is headquartered in the U.S. with multiple locations across the country and in Hyderabad India. Check out our locations to learn more about our offices. All employee work locations are based on the needs of the position and are determined by the Leadership -office work and activities vary based on work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.

While location expectations vary by role candidates within approximately 50 miles of a U.S. office are generally preferred to support collaboration when needed. Our hybrid approach is flexible and in-office presence is guided by team and business needs rather than a fixed weekly schedule.
