Facilitation & Presentation Skills
Experience leading engaging training sessions for both large audiences (100) and smaller groups with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Change Management / User Adoption Support
Experience partnering with OCM teams and supporting technology adoption through coaching office hours feedback collection and continuous learning programs.
Audience-Based Training Delivery
Ability to tailor training for various user personas (business users SMEs power users citizen developers) and different technical skill levels.
