A veterinary practice is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to lead its clinical team while continuing to provide exceptional patient care. • Provide high-quality medical surgical and dental care for companion animal patients.

• Lead mentor and support veterinarians technicians and support staff to promote clinical excellence and professional growth.

• Establish and uphold medical protocols quality standards and best practices throughout the hospital.

• Collaborate with leadership to improve hospital operations workflows and client experience.

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations diagnostics treatment planning and surgical procedures.

• Educate clients on treatment options preventive healthcare and long-term wellness.

• Ensure accurate and timely medical records while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and hospital policies.

• Participate in continuing education and support the ongoing development of the veterinary team.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.

• Active or eligible veterinary license in the state of practice.

• Previous leadership experience preferred.

• Strong skills in general medicine and surgery.
