In this role you will be working as a Lead VDC/BIM Coordinator for a client that works in the mechanical contracting/construction industry. This position will be responsible for design with Revit on mechanical projects.

This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site to start and move to a hybrid schedule.

Pay; $/Yr. depending on experience

5-10 years of experience
Collaborate with project teams to develop and manage 3D models and construction documentation
Coordinate clash detection
Revit experience
Assist in the development of design and construction documents including drawings specifications and other technical documents
Create Bill of Materials
Attend coordination meetings
Communicate with project managers engineers architects and other team members to ensure alignment and coordination of project deliverables
