Pay: $18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead daily classroom routines and activities for 2-year-old children
- Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences and classroom centers
- Encourage language development independence and positive social interaction
- Create a safe organized and engaging classroom environment
- Guide children through transitions including meals learning centers and group activities
- Partner with families through regular communication and classroom updates
- Collaborate with assistant teachers and center leadership
- Follow New Jersey childcare licensing requirements and center policies
- High school diploma required
- Prior childcare experience preferred
- Experience working with toddlers or twos strongly preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Reliable nurturing and team-oriented approach
- Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
- Competitive hourly pay of $18 per hour
