Lead Truss Assembler

Assembler LeadFull-Time Manufacturing$1000 sign on bonus!We are seeking an experienced Truss Assembler Lead to support daily production operations and provide guidance to an assembly team producing components such as trusses panels and stairs. This hands-on position is responsible for coordinating workflow training team members maintaining quality standards and ensuring safe work and coordinate daily work tasks to meet production new employees on assembly processes tools equipment and safety products using hand tools and production output quality and and remove defective products or a clean organized and safe work in different production areas as of 2 years of component assembly experience or equivalent manufacturing production or carpentry experience leadership communication and teamwork to work in a fast-paced environment with changing production to quality safety and RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended lifting up to 50 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 100 to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures noise and moving wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Join our team and help drive production excellence while supporting a safe high-performing work environment.
