Lead Training Delivery

Overall Purpose: Responsible for delivering supporting and/or instructing comprehensive training programs aligned with industry best practices.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop Training Programs: Creating customizing and/or maintaining comprehensive training materials including electronically delivered tools to support various areas such as leadership development management development or change management.
• Deliver and Facilitate Training Sessions: Conducting training sessions workshops and seminars in multiple formats ensuring they are engaging effective and aligned with organizational goals and corporate messages.
• Assessing Training Needs: Collaborating with department managers and employees to identify training needs. Conducting surveys interviews and assessments to pinpoint areas for development.
• Evaluate and Improve Training Effectiveness: Collecting and analyzing feedback conducting pilot sessions and/or facilitating alternative delivery methods to continually assess and enhance the effectiveness of training programs. Other Duties as assigned: Supporting processes related to project management continuous improvement vendor management research & development stakeholder engagement and/or training support.

Job Contribution: An experienced professional recognized as an expert creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy influencing executive decisions. Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. 5 years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
