Pay: $17$18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead all daily activities and routines for the toddler classroom
- Implement developmentally appropriate lessons using The Learning Experiences L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Foster childrens language cognitive physical and social-emotional development
- Create a safe engaging and organized classroom environment
- Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
- Build strong relationships with children and families through ongoing communication
- Maintain compliance with Delaware licensing regulations and center policies
- Delaware TECE I and TECE II credentials required
- Previous experience leading a toddler classroom preferred
- Strong understanding of toddler development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent communication organization and classroom management skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
