Lead Test Engineer

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

Lead the design development and deployment of manufacturing test solutions for medium- to high-complexity products. Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable scalable test systems on schedule and within budget while driving technical innovation and continuous improvement.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Lead test development projects from concept through deployment.

• Architect electrical mechanical software and system-level test solutions.

• Develop test quotes schedules validation plans and technical documentation.

• Design and support ICT MDA Boundary Scan/JTAG functional ESS/HASS and system test solutions.

• Develop solutions using LabVIEW LabWindows/CVI TestStand C# ANSI C/C Visual Basic and related tools.

• Support DFT analysis hardware/software debug validation installation and production support.

• Partner with project managers and customers to communicate status identify risks and implement mitigation plans.

• Mentor engineers and technicians while leading smaller technical teams.

• Ensure compliance with company security policies and engineering standards.

HOW WILL YOU GET HERE

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or related field required. Masters degree preferred.

Experience:

• 810 years of experience in manufacturing test development or equivalent combination of education and experience.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES:

• Expertise in manufacturing test strategy DFT structural and functional test development.

• Experience with PXI/LXI systems custom hardware automation fixtures and test instrumentation.

• Strong programming skills in LabVIEW LabWindows/CVI TestStand C# ANSI C/C or similar.

• Knowledge of OrCAD AutoCAD FabMaster Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.

• Excellent customer communication presentation and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead technical projects mentor team members and travel up to 50% domestically/internationally

The pay range for this role is $100100 - $180200. Job-related non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience geographic location education external market data and consideration of internal equity.
