• Take moisture readings and scope jobs on-site
• Capture Matterport scans for documentation
• Lead small crews/teams through the project making sure demo drying and equipment setup get done right
• Help set and monitor equipment (air movers dehus etc.)
• Keep jobs moving and on track from first arrival to completion
• Mentor techs on the crew and keep quality/safety standards on point

• Solid hands-on mitigation experience (water/fire/storm)
• IICRC WRT certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Comfortable leading a small team on-site not just working solo
• Reliable calm under pressure this job doesnt run 9-5
• Willingness to work overtime when disasters call for it
