Lead Technician

Lead Technician: $27.00/hr

• Role: diagnoses and repairs all equipment owns engine pump and drive-system work orders parts and signs off each work order before it is invoiced
• Experience: 3 years repairing commercial cleaning equipment small engines or utility vehicles. That means floor scrubbers pressure washers carpet extractors tuggers and carts.
• Must know: small gas engines (Honda Toro) 1248V battery-electric systems and wiring diagrams multimeter use and pumps hoses and pressure fittings. Able to read service manuals and parts diagrams.
• Nice to have: factory training from Karcher Tennant Nilfisk/Advance or IPC Eagle a small-engine certification and experience in hotels or large facilities.

Also:

• Comfortable logging time parts and photos in a phone or tablet app and able to guide and check the helpers work.
• Valid Florida drivers license and a clean driving record
• Pass a background check
• Able to lift 50 lb and to work standing kneeling and outdoors
• Professional conduct in guest areas of the resorts
• Flexible hours around resort operations
