Role Purpose:
The Lead Technician is the shops primary technical expert responsible for accurate diagnostics highquality repairs and supporting efficient workflow across the facility.
Core Responsibilities:
- Advanced Diagnostics Perform and oversee complex diagnostic procedures.
- HighSkill Repairs Lead advanced mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Quality Control Inspect and verify repair accuracy and safety.
- Workflow Support Assist with job assignment bay management and repair sequencing.
- Mentorship Coach technicians to improve skill and efficiency.
- Documentation Provide clear detailed repair notes.
- Safety Compliance Promote safe work habits and proper tool use.
