The Lead Talent Program Coordinator serves as the lead coordinator for the planning coordination and execution of learning experiences across various programs both enterprise-wide and in market for Ferguson Academy. This role is responsible for leading the day-to-day coordination of high-impact executive priority Academy programs while helping establish consistent standards for learner experience program execution and operational excellence.
As a senior member of the coordination team this individual serves as a lead resource and mentor to other Learning Experience Coordinators partnering closely with Academy leaders facilitators vendors Instructional Design Business Learning and the Events Planning team to deliver modern engaging and seamless learning experiences.
This role is based full-time at Fergusons Tampa Headquarters in Ybor City Florida supporting Academy experiences hosted at headquarters the future design and build out of our HQ learning space as well as regional learning events.
Learning Experience Leadership
- Serve as the lead coordinator for high-profile Academy programs and enterprise learning experiences.
- Provide day-to-day guidance mentoring and coordination support to Learning Experience Coordinators.
- Help establish and maintain consistent standards for learner experience and program execution across the Academy.
- Identify opportunities to simplify modernize and scale coordination processes and operational practices.
- Serve as a trusted resource for Academy teams on learning experience coordination and operational best practices.
- Lead onsite execution of Academy learning programs ensuring venue readiness learner support facilitator support materials schedules and overall experience quality.
- Coordinate participant communications and pre-program logistics to ensure learners are informed prepared and supported.
- Support program budgets vendor management invoices and billback processes.
- Coordinate facilitator schedules program calendars room assignments and delivery logistics across multiple programs and audiences.
- Partner with Instructional Design Business Learning Insights and Academy leadership to deliver engaging polished learning experiences.
- Help define and continuously improve standards for a modern frictionless learner experience across Academy programs.
- Coordinate Workday Learning administration including course setup enrollment session management attendance tracking and reporting.
- Partner with HR Operations to maintain accurate learner data rosters completion records and communications.
- Support operational reporting related to participation scheduling utilization and program delivery.
- Partner with Learning Technology and HR Operations to improve operational workflows and learner experience within Workday Learning.
- Partner closely with the Events Planning team to coordinate headquarters learning experiences leadership programs and regional learning events.
- Influence future design of HQ learning facilities
- Align logistics learner communications hospitality standards and operational processes across Academy programs.
- Support continuous improvement of onsite learning environments and participant experience.
- Help develop scalable processes for travel coordination venue management scheduling and event execution.
- Reinforce the Ferguson Academy brand through consistent learner-centered experiences and communications.
- Lead coordination-related communications including shared inbox management learner outreach facilitator communications and scheduling.
- Drive continuous improvement in learning coordination tools templates and operational workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve learner engagement communication clarity and overall program experience.
- Support the continued evolution of Academy operations through modern scalable and technology-enabled practices.
- 3 years of experience in program coordination training delivery support event management or related learning and development roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating onsite events leadership programs or large-scale learning experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence collaboration and operational expertise.
- Experience mentoring or serving as a lead resource for peers is preferred.
- Familiarity with Workday Learning or similar learning management systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced highly collaborative environment.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on learner experience and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes drive consistency and modernize ways of working.
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for creating exceptional learning experiences.
- Must be based at Fergusons Tampa Headquarters in Ybor City Florida and work primarily from the office (minimum four days per week) to support headquarters-based and regional Academy experiences with flexibility to work extended or adjusted hours during program delivery weeks.

Pay Range:

$24.86 - $37.31-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
