With strong leadership financial stability and long-term vision we strive to create a workplace where employees can grow lead and build meaningful OverviewPacific Mobile Structures is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to direct field operations for commercial modular construction projects across our South and Southeast senior leadership role oversees multiple projects and manages a team of Superintendents while ensuring construction activities are completed safely on schedule and to the highest quality standards. This role works closely with Project Managers subcontractors manufacturing teams and regional leadership to drive successful project ideal candidate is a proven construction leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment excels at building strong field teams and takes ownership of project execution from pre-construction through to project sites and manufacturing facilities is required as part of this ResponsibilitiesField LeadershipLead mentor and develop a team of Superintendents across multiple superintendent schedules and project assignments across the leadership and oversight to ensure consistent project execution and field in hiring and development of field ExecutionOversee all phases of construction including planning scheduling subcontractor coordination and project project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are subcontractors consultants and vendors to maintain project and resolve field issues in collaboration with the project Safety & ComplianceEnsure all work meets project specifications quality standards and safety regular jobsite visits and safety risks or compliance issues and ensure corrective actions are & CommunicationServe as a key liaison between field operations project management and regional inspections and regulatory requirements with local clear documentation including jobsite logs progress updates and field SupportSupport pre-construction activities including subcontractor selection budgeting and in project reviews and continuous improvement with identifying opportunities for scope improvements and value-added project QualificationsMinimum 10 years of commercial construction experienceExperience in light commercial construction and site developmentDemonstrated experience managing field operations and coordinating subcontractorsStrong ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawingsKnowledge of construction safety practices and compliance standardsFamiliarity with prevailing wage / Davis-Bacon labor complianceStrong communication and leadership skillsPreferred Qualifications5 years in a senior superintendent or field leadership roleExperience with modular construction or off-site construction methodsExperience with civil construction or full site developmentProficiency with construction management software platformsTools & TechnologyMicrosoft Office (Teams Outlook Word Excel)Bluebeam RevuAdobeProcore or equivalent project management softwareMS ProjectDynamics 360DocuSignBenefits & PerksPacific Mobile Structures offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee health growth and work-life include:Competitive salaryMedical Dental and Vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchCompetitive Paid Time Off (PTO) Program7.5 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays8 hours of paid volunteer time annuallyEmployee development and training opportunitiesSafety and values recognition programsQuarterly wellness incentivesExercise subsidy program ($25/month)Years-of-service recognition programsDrug-free safety-focused workplaceWorking ConditionsWork is performed primarily on active construction sites in varying weather be able to walk jobsites climb stairs and navigate construction lifting of materials up to 75 pounds may be work will be performed in an office is required for this role to support projects.
