Pay Range*: $55- $60 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.

As a Lead Sourcing Consultant you will:
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities for direct and indirect goods and services supporting the Legal function.
- Manages supplier selection negotiation contracting and ongoing relationships to optimize spend create value and reduce third-party risk.
- Lead assigned spend categories and develop sourcing strategies for products services and suppliers supporting the Legal function.
- Analyze contract data business objectives and market conditions to identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities.
- Review expiring agreements to identify opportunities for supplier consolidation service improvements cost reduction and timely renewals or competitive sourcing events.
- Contract Negotiation and Commercial Management Develop deal strategies and lead contract negotiations and supplier assessments for technology solutions legal data and market data.
- Negotiate commercial operational legal governance and risk terms while balancing stakeholder objectives speed to market and enterprise risk tolerance.
- Draft review and manage contract language to address evolving business technology regulatory and market requirements.
- AI Data and Technology Contracting Negotiate AI and generative AI usage rights including restrictions on using company or customer data for model training.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Strategic Sourcing Procurement Category Management or Vendor Management preferably supporting Legal Technology or Corporate Functions.
- Proven expertise in negotiating complex commercial agreements technology contracts SaaS agreements legal data subscriptions and market data contracts.
- Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) supplier governance and third-party risk management practices.
- Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings operational efficiencies and supplier value creation.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate commercial legal operational and risk-related contract terms with global suppliers.
- Knowledge of data privacy intellectual property rights AI/Generative AI contracting and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience managing contract renewals competitive sourcing events supplier consolidation initiatives and vendor performance programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend data market trends contract metrics and business requirements to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Legal Compliance Technology Finance and Executive leadership teams.
- Familiarity with procurement platforms contract management systems and spend analytics tools such as Coupa Ariba Icertis Ironclad or similar solutions.
