Position: Lead Software Engineer Full Stack

Location: Cleveland OH

Responsibilities:

Own the web application platform end-to-end with a focus on front-end architecture performance and user experience. Lead the design and evolution of modern front-end systems and frameworks alongside supporting back-end services and APIs. Define and drive platform standards for UI architecture component design accessibility performance and scalability. Design and deliver scalable consumer-facing and B2B web applications supporting high-demand global use cases. Balance hands-on development with planning technical leadership and team oversight. Align technical execution with business and product objectives. Guide technical direction front-end best practices and overall engineering standards. Act as the technical lead for a team of engineers driving delivery and continuous improvement. Optimize applications for performance reliability and responsiveness across devices and browsers. Collaborate with Product Design and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver intuitive high-quality user experiences.

Educ./experience:

Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Information Technology Computer Engineering or related field plus one (1) year of post-baccalaureate experience in the live entertainment ticketing field as an Associate Software Engineer or in a related position. Experience must include Rest APIs C# CI/CD and release management performance optimization Kafka technical documentation and PostgreSQL.
