Lead Roofing Field Service Technician (73843)

This role is hands-on and requires physical labor attention to detail and a willingness to learn the roofing trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist service technicians with roof repairs maintenance and inspections
• Carry and organize tools materials and equipment on job sites
• Clean and prepare roof surfaces before and after repairs
• Help identify roof leaks and problem areas
• Set up ladders safety equipment and job site protection
• Remove debris and ensure job sites are clean and safe
• Follow all safety procedures including fall protection and OSHA guidelines
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites (if qualified)

Requirements:

• Previous construction or roofing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in heat cold and varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
• Ability to lift 5075 lbs. regularly
• Valid drivers license (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn roofing systems (TPO EPDM modified bitumen shingles etc.)
