Lead Restoration Technician

• Perform water restoration and cleanup work on residential and commercial jobs
• Document job activity moisture readings drying progress and equipment usage throughout each project
• Set up monitor and remove drying equipment
• Keep job sites clean safe and professional
• Maintain company vehicles tools and equipment
• Communicate clearly with your supervisor office staff and teammates
• Follow safety procedures uniforms and company standards
• Treat customers with respect and empathy during difficult situations

• 1 year of restoration work experience
• Strong work ethic reliability and willingness to learn
• Comfortable with physical labor in real-world environments (heat humidity tight spaces) lifting 50 lbs and being on your feet most of the day
• Calm respectful presence in customer homes and commercial sites
• Any related background is helpful (moving/pack-outs construction demolition detailing car wash warehouse general labor)
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
• Available for on-call and occasional weekend work
• Preferred: Current WRT and ASD certification

• Pay: $23-$26/hr (based on experience)
• Performance bonuses
• Total earning potential: $55000-$85000/year
• On-call and weekends as needed
• Paid training and industry certifications
• Clear path to becoming a Crew Chief and Project Manager
