Lead Resident Assistant
$23 - $25/hour PM and Overnight Shifts
Village Shores a part of Silvercrest Properties is hiring for Lead Resident Assistants to work on the PM and Overnight Shifts and serve in a leadership role in ensuring the residents are receiving the very best care. This position serves as the on-site leader and works closely with the Resident Care Coordinator.

What Youll Do:
- Embrace a resident-centered approach treating every individual with unwavering dignity regardless of their disease diagnosis or progression. Assisting with personal cares medications and mobility.
- Ensure that all staff/team members are on time and prepared for their shift
- Manage staff break times clock in and out times and ensure all staff coverage
- Cleaning organizing and stocking supplies
- Be responsible for the Lead Phone and managing incoming calls including call ins
- Actively involved in ongoing training of team members
- Reports to the Resident Care Coordinator and Clinical Director
What Youll Need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2years ofexperience in assisted living or related health care field preferred
- Previous lead and med-passing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor with strong knowledge of HIPPA
- Demonstrated ability to read write and carry out directions
