      What Youll Do:

      As a Lead Representative Payee Specialist you will provide administrative representative payee services ensuring funds are distributed correctly and records are properly maintained in accordance with the Social Security Administration guidelines.

      • Processes reviews and supports Account Payable functions
      • Distributes individuals funds in accordance with Social Security Administration guidelines.
      • Coordinates with program management on client fund disbursements.
      • Works with vendors to ensure accurate payments
      • Monitors workflows for accuracy and following procedures.
      • Identifies researches resolves/reports area of concern and refunds missing funds.

      Who You Are:

      • High School Diploma or GED (Required) Associates Degree (preferred)
      • Minimum 1 year Accounts Payable and/or bookkeeping experience (required)
      • Intermediate experience with MS Excel and MS Outlook
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
