The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Project Management Specialist Data Rights to join a Proprietary Air Dominance Team based in Hazelwood MO located in the St. Louis area.
This position is for a Data Rights Management Lead reporting directly on program. A successful candidate will have familiarity partnering with cross-functional teams as well as experience with program data this role you will support the program by managing data rights strategy for the program and facilitate collaboration within program functions to manage data rights.
You will collaborate with customer counterparts on data rights expectations of the program. You will be called upon to brief senior managers program leadership and external customers. Secondary responsibilities include helping Program Management problem-solve emergent issues and project-manage special projects supporting the program.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide Data Rights management in support of the program
- Lead implementation and execution of Data Right outlined in program documentation
- Monitor Data Rights risks and opportunities
- Coordinate with customer stakeholders
- Establish Data Rights management operating rhythm plan and processes
- Generate performance metrics to track program level progress in executing Data Rights management
- Reports directly to Program Integration Office support additional projects within team as needed
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
- 3 years of Data Rights experience
- 3 years of experience with the implementation and use of Program Management Best Practices
- Experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or higher or equivalent
- Experience supporting program Data Management
- Experience working with Department of Defense (DoD)
- Experience with data visualization
