Pay: $22$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead daily classroom instruction for preschool-aged children
- Plan and implement engaging developmentally appropriate lessons using The Learning Experiences L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Promote early literacy math readiness science exploration and social-emotional development
- Create a structured organized and welcoming classroom environment
- Mentor and support Assistant Teachers to ensure classroom consistency and quality
- Observe childrens progress and communicate regularly with families
- Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and all health and safety requirements
- Partner with center leadership to uphold the highest standards of early childhood education
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
- Previous experience leading a preschool classroom preferred
- Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent classroom management communication and leadership skills
- Passion for early childhood education and kindergarten readiness
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
