Lead Network Program Manager driving a portfolio of strategic telecom initiatives across parallel workflows requiring rapid prioritization and execution. Builds real-time visibility from the ground up using Power BI MS Project and JIRA and delivers concise executive-ready insights from complex technical and financial data. Influences cross-functional teams across Telecom Engineering Legal Finance and Corporate Development to align and deliver results without direct authority. Proactively identifies risks trade-offs and opportunities to support decision-making and operates as a self-starter capable of creating structure project plans and scalable workflows in ambiguous environments.

Environmental Requirements: This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. 5 years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
