Lead MTS Applications Engineering

Rambus a premier chip and silicon IP provider is seeking to hire an exceptional Lead MTSApplicationEngineer to join our Memory Interface team in San Jose California. Candidates will be joining some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world to develop products that make data faster and safer.

As a Lead MTSApplicationengineer the candidate will be reporting toDirectorofApplication andValidation and is a Full-Time position. The engineer will work ondevelopingthevalidation environment across bench and systemforperformance specification compliance using ourDDR5 enablement devices (SPD/TS/PMIC). The engineer will require experience invalidationofdigital ASICandI2C/I3C protocols.

• Benchcharacterization andvalidationofI2C/I3C protocols.

• Developingpython scripts for bench automation.

• Support customers in understanding and resolving their issues.

• Provide post silicon bring-up support interface with design operation and development.

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineeringor Computer Engineering.
• 5 years of experience inpost-silicon digital ASIC benchvalidation.
• Experience with lab automationinPython.
• Experience working withI2C/I3C protocols.
• Knowledge ofPower Electronicsis a bonus.
