Position: Technical Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Data Integration
Location: PA

Requirement:
We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service) enterprise integrations and modern data platforms. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end CRM solution design data integration and event-driven architecture initiatives across enterprise systems.
Required Skills:
- 7 10 years of experience in enterprise application development with 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM (Sales and/or Customer Service) and 4 years on data integrations and pipelines.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM (Sales & Customer Service)
- Dataverse Plug-ins Custom APIs JavaScript C#
- Microsoft Fabric Power Automate
- REST APIs GraphQL Supergraph
- CDC real-time integrations event-driven architecture
- AWS Data Lake S3 Enterprise DB integrations
- Azure services CI/CD GitHub Azure DevOps
- Strong experience with data pipelines orchestration and observability
- Leadership experience guiding onshore/offshore teams
Candidates with large-scale Dynamics 365 implementation experience and strong integration/data engineering background are highly preferred.
