What Youll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces boilers air conditioners and heat pumps
- Follow installation specifications manufacturer guidelines and local codes
- Test and verify system performance efficiency and safety
- Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Maintain accurate records of work completed materials used and customer interactions
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer questions regarding their systems
- Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices
What Were Looking For
- Lead installer with Minimum 3 year of residential HVAC installation experience
- NH Gas License preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong understanding of HVAC electrical and refrigeration principles
- Ability to read blueprints wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Reliable self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to lift heavy equipment climb ladders and work in attics crawl spaces and other confined areas
