• Architect and implement scalable secure Windows Citrix AWS and Azure environments using software engineering approaches emphasizing automation and zero-trust
• Support and administer large-scale on-premise and multi-cloud hybrid infrastructure including identity and access management systems
• Develop automation processes using PowerShell Bash and Python to streamline Windows/Azure technologies and security/compliance tools
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to drive security initiatives including threat management and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption through advocacy implementation and mentorship across the organization
• Ensure comprehensive systems monitoring alerting and reporting for global infrastructure covering uptime performance and capacity management

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5 years of Microsoft Windows experience including requirements development systems design integration and validation
• 5 years of Azure or AWS cloud experience implementing enterprise-scale identity management and hybrid automation solutions
• Hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop 7.x/DAAS/Gateway/NetScaler and Machine Creation Services (MCS) provisioning
• Demonstrated proficiency with DevOps principles and automation tools including Python PowerShell Azure CLI Terraform and ARM templates
• Experience with Active Directory DNS networking virtualization containerization and Entra/Azure/AWS cloud services
• Proven ability to design highly resilient solutions and present technical concepts to diverse audiences across varying seniority levels
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert AWS Solutions Architect or Microsoft certifications preferred
