Pay: $20$24 per hour (based on education and experience)
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead the daily routines and educational experiences within the Infant classroom
- Implement The Learning Experiences proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum through sensory exploration and developmentally appropriate activities
- Support infants cognitive language physical and social-emotional growth through responsive caregiving
- Supervise and coach Assistant Teachers to maintain a consistent high-quality classroom experience
- Maintain individualized feeding diapering sleeping and care schedules
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and developmental updates
- Ensure compliance with all New York State and New York City health safety and licensing requirements
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming classroom environment
- Bachelors Degree Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA required
- Previous experience leading an infant classroom preferred
- Strong understanding of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must meet all applicable New York State and New York City childcare licensing requirements
