Job description :

• We are seeking a highly experienced Principal/Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) Full Stack Developer to lead the architecture development and integration of enterprise-wide IAM solutions.
• The ideal candidate should have 10 to 15 years of overall experience with strong expertise in IAM technologies and full-stack development.
• The candidate will bridge the gap between complex IAM infrastructure and custom application development.
• The role involves leading the design and implementation of secure scalable and user-centric identity solutions.
• The candidate will serve as a technical authority for both frontend and backend development within the IAM ecosystem.
• Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for enterprise-grade IAM solutions including Authentication Authorization Single Sign-On (SSO) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Identity Governance and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).
• Design develop and deploy full-stack custom applications self-service portals and APIs that integrate seamlessly with IAM platforms such as Okta Ping Identity ForgeRock and SailPoint.
• Build secure RESTful APIs and microservices to enable identity lifecycle management user provisioning and role-based access control (RBAC/ABAC) across business applications.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers conduct code reviews and establish coding standards and best practices for secure software development.
• Ensure all custom applications comply with industry security standards such as OWASP Zero Trust principles and regulatory frameworks including GDPR HIPAA and SOC 2.
• Drive the deployment of IAM solutions in cloud environments such as AWS Azure or GCP using modern DevOps practices.
• Utilize technologies such as Docker Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for deployment and automation.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects security teams and business stakeholders to translate complex security requirements into scalable full-stack IAM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle ensuring high-quality secure and maintainable solutions.
