Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead GoLang Developer to design build and lead the development of scalable enterprise-grade distributed applications for a healthcare and pharmacy-focused platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with GoLang microservices architecture distributed systems and modern frontend technologies such as React or Angular.
This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive architecture decisions mentor engineering teams collaborate with business stakeholders and deliver high-performance applications in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using GoLang and modern frontend frameworks.
- Architect and implement distributed systems and microservices-based solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance.
- Collaborate with product owners business teams and stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
- Create project plans estimate effort identify risks and ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor developers through code reviews technical coaching and best-practice guidance.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and modern software development workflows.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools and automation technologies to improve productivity.
- Monitor application performance scalability and reliability.
- Communicate project status technical challenges and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
- 10 years of software development experience.
- Extensive experience building enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and large-scale development initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
