We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify engage and develop relationships with potential clients.

The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people starting conversations following up consistently and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Training and ongoing guidance will be provided.

• Research and identify potential clients through approved channels
• Initiate professional conversations with prospective clients
• Qualify leads based on their needs and level of interest
• Follow up with prospects through appropriate communication channels
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect information
• Schedule consultations or appointments when appropriate
• Track outreach and follow-up activities
• Build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline
• Participate in team meetings and training
• Follow established outreach and communication processes

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new people
• Good organization and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable using online communication tools
• Reliable internet connection and computer/device
• Previous experience in lead generation sales customer service marketing or business development is a plus but not required
