Lead Full Stack Engineer

Job Description:
Stratacent is looking for askilled Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Python AWS amd Angular/React.

Responsibilities:

• Experience serving as a Technical Lead or Team Lead providing technical direction mentoring engineers conducting code reviews coordinating sprint activities and ensuring successful delivery of software projects. Document technical designs APIs and implementation details.
• Design develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and modern web technologies.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Build serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and other AWS services.
• Design and optimize relational databases with strong experience in PostgreSQL.
• Write clean maintainable and reusable code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis design development testing deployment and support.
• Develop comprehensive unit tests and participate in integration and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners business analysts QA engineers and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and engineering practices.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems to automate application deployments.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements for scalability reliability and security.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of software development experience.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including AWS Lambda API Gateway IAMS3CloudWatchSNS/SQSEventBridge
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Experience with SQL query optimization and database design.
• Experience with Git and modern source control practices.
• Solid understanding of SDLC Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing unit tests using frameworks such as PyTest or unittest.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and object-oriented programming.
• Strong analytical debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience building AI-powered chatbots intelligent automation or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions is a plus
