Pay & Schedule
- $21.00 per hour
- Mon/Tues 8:30am-3:30pm Wed 2pm-10pm Thurs 8:30am-3:30pm EOW 8am-3pm

What Youll Do:
As a DSP youll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same but your impact is clear.
You May:
- Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living behavioral supports coaching and skill-building)
- Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
- Maintain safe clean and welcoming living environments (including laundry housekeeping and meal preparation).
- Teach valuable skillsfrom financial management to communication.
- Be a source of companionship guidance and advocacy.
- Accurately document care and daily activities
- Assist with meal planning grocery shopping
- Support budgeting house cash
- Coordinate medical appointments medication ordering/pick up
- Assist with monthly paperwork
What Were Looking For:
- 1 Year of experience as a DSP or similar
- Compassion reliability and a willingness to learn
- 18 years or older
- A valid US drivers license reliable transportation with insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check through DHS
