Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java & Spring Boot Developer with strong expertise in building scalable high-performance microservices and APIs. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot Kafka and modern distributed architectures along with excellent communication skills for working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot
Build and consume RESTful APIs and event-driven services using Kafka
Ensure application scalability performance and security
Integrate applications with cloud platforms (AWS) and messaging systems (MQ/Kafka)
Participate in system design code reviews and architecture discussions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business QA and DevOps
Follow best practices in SDLC CI/CD and Agile methodologies

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Core Java and Spring Boot
Experience with Microservices architecture and REST API development
Proficiency in Apache Kafka / messaging systems
Good understanding of API design security and integration patterns
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills

Preferred Skills
Experience with AWS services
Knowledge of MQ
Exposure to Banking / Financial Services domain
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
