Our clinical team creates individualized treatment programs that support children in developing motor social cognitive and communication skills empowering them and their families to thrive in everyday life.

• Evening Sessions (MondayFriday starting at 6:00 PM): $5/hour on top of your regular hourly rate
  
• Weekend Sessions (Saturday & Sunday): $10/hour on top of your regular hourly rate

• Support and mentor Behavior Technicians during ABA sessions.
• Provide hands-on guidance and model effective ABA strategies.
• Support onboarding and shadow training for new BTs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to ensure quality service delivery.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA services when assigned.
• Provide constructive feedback and help address training needs.
• Maintain required training trackers and session documentation.

• Active RBT certification.
• Previous ABA/BT experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and support other BTs.
• Reliable and comfortable taking initiative.
• Saturday availability required.
